In D9 it is in 10th house in Auqarius in conjunction with ketu. While in D10 it is in 7th house. Saturn is aatmkarak in my chart. I have decided to use blue sapphire as suggested by some astrologers. However when I enquired about the price of blue sapphire I am getting varied answers. Will any body please inform the approximate price range and what should be looked for a good blue sapphire?
