Dear Pankaj,

I would like to consider this longer, but I have been delaying due to

Rahu/Mars transit to my natal Jupiter.

 

If you can be reasonably sure that this birth time of 4:00AM is

within 3:38AM to 4:19 then you can narrow down the possibilities to

three combination of Lagna and Navamasha.

 

First, consider the two lagnas, Taurus and Gemini, and the different

indications each will give.

 

With the Taurus lagna there is a second house emphasis with Saturn,

Sun, and Ketu there. Saturn is yogakaraka giving gradual wealth

accumulation and good imagination. Ketu there in Gemini should give

much knowledge and spiritual scriptural knowledge, and and excellent

speaker, however with some nervousness due to Jada Yoga. The Sun

here should give troubled education, with particular difficulties in

the 22nd year (1994-1995), and losses though authorities. Venus and

Mercury in the thrid should yield interest in performing arts such as

acting and drama. There will be a tendency to crude language or

swearing, and a difficult family life.

 

(The dasamsha has Ketu in the first, Jupiter and Moon in the fifth,

for the 3:52 birth time. I have not studied this yet.) 10th lord

Moon in 5th in Aquarius, Saturn in Cancer in 10th.

 

With the Gemini lagna there is a first house emphasis with Saturn,

Sun, and Ketu there. Saturn should give a slow, serious,

disciplined, and aesthetic personality, Ketu should yield a psychic

ability and profound intelligence, non-attachment and spirituality.

The Sun should cause attraction to government jobs and a desire to be

an authority. None of these first house indications are good for

married life however.

 

Venus and Mercury in the second should yield sweet speach, good

education , good speaker, wealth, writer, astrologer, mathamatician,

scientist or educator. Also good family life.

 

(The dasamsa has Ketu in the fifth which indicates an astrologer for

the 4:05 birth time.) 10th lord Jupiter in 9th in Aquarius.

 

Note the difference in second house indications between the two

lagnas, Taurus is unfavorable and Gemini is favorable.

 

Next, consider the scooter accident, causing a face injury which

occurred in september of 1998. In that month, on 4 SEP 1998 Mars was

at 15 CAN 43 and formed an exact transit of Mars to natal Venus, with

all of the following trial combinations. The period was Jupiter-

Saturn with Saturn 6th from Jupiter, predicting some pains.

 

Taurus lagna, Leo navamsha (Virgo dasamsha)

Taurus lagna, Virgo navamsha (Virgo dasamsha)

Taurus lagna, Virgo navamsha (Libra dasamsha) 3:52

Gemini lagna, Libra navamsha (Gemini dasamsha) 4:05

 

Some of the indications are shown below:

 

1. Accident:

For Taurus lagna Venus is lagna lord, 6 lord too, yoga occurs in 3rd

house.

Mars is 7, 12 lord. (neutral)

Badhak lord from natal ascendant is (9th for fixed) Saturn, should be

involved in damage to health.

Aruda lagna is Virgo. Cancer is 11th from aruda lagna, and the third

natal house.

 

A. General for Leo swamsa (from 3:38AM till 3:50AM):

Rahu in swamsa means bowman (or thief) or expert in

metals/manufacturing, or in handling dangeorous chemicals.

Saturn in 4th from swamsa means success in any venture and fame.

Venus in 4th from swamsa means palatial residence.

Mars in 5th from swamsa indicates a lancer and a logician.

Jupiter in 10th from swamsa

 

B. General for virgo swamsa (3:51AM till 4:04AM birth):

Mercury in swamsa means good businessman or trader, weaver, versed in

social and legal areas.

Mercury aspecting Moon in swamsa makes a doctor or medical worker.

Moon and Mercury in swamsa should yield a good writer also.

Libra 2nd (Venus owned) increases passion and illicit relations.

2. Accident:

For Gemini lagna Venus is 5, 12 lord occurs in 2nd house.

Mars is 6, 11 lord. (malefic)

Cancer is second house (face) in natal.

Badhak lord from natal ascendant is (7th for dual) Jupiter, should be

involved in damage to health.

Aruda lagna is Leo. Cancer is 12th from Aruda lagna and is the A6.

 

A. General for Libra swamsa (4:05AM birth, till 4:19AM):

Mars in 3rd from swamsa: brave, armed forces.

Ketu (alone) in 5th from swamsa: detail work, light engineering,

mathematical ability, astrological knowledge.

 

It seems that Gemini lagna with Libra navamsha fits the best for

accident and technical ability and interest in astrology.

 

Marriage for the Gemini lagna would be in dasha of the 7th lord

Jupiter. At the time (22 Jan 1999), Jupiter was transiting the 10th

and Saturn the 11th, second from Jupiter (which should increase

wealth and family). The dara karaka (promoting marriage) is Saturn.

Saturn is in the 7th from Jupiter in the Libra navamsha with Venus

and also aspected by Jupiter.

 

Gemini lagna gives an afflicted seventh house: Rahu-Ketu axis, Sun,

Saturn aspects, and seventh lord in 8th house debilitated and

retrograde. This will make business and maritial relations difficult.

 

So it would be best to get more information about the family life to

help make the decision.

I CONSULTED A NADI JYOTISHI IN CHENNAI, WHO GAVE ME TAURUS LAGNA KUNDLI WITH

SHANI IN LAGNA & SUN,KETU IN 2ND HOUSE. WITH 4AM TIME KUNDLI, IF PREPARED AS

PER SRIPATI METHOD, SATURN COMES IN FIRST BHAVA EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN MITHUN

RASHI.
