Yes, we are still registering, but you really must hurry up with regard to your hotel reservations. The conference is taking place at Puri at Hotel Vijoya International. The reservations for accommodation (at the same hotel) are to be made directly to the hotel with an advance of 25% which may be paid through cheque/draft/Western Union. The available room preferences and tariff are available in the Booklet at http://srath.com/conf/booklet.htm ; do hurry up with your room booking. Please contact them by either fax at 91-6752-222881 or phone at 91-6752-222702. They are not easily accessible through e-mail. In case you have any problem, call me at 9810449850 or send me an email at sarbani (AT) (DOT) org The registration fees are to be made payable to Sri Jagannath Centre and mailed to our Delhi office. Our Delhi office will remain temporarily closed for the Conference from the 20th of December. So we will not be able to process any registrations which have not been received by that date. So once again, do hasten with your registrations. We have arrangements for small groups to go to Kakatpur for copper plate readings in batches during the Conference and we will also have arrangements for making day trips to Konarak and Bhubaneshwar after the Conference.
