Namaste Vladimir,

New York is on Daylight Savings Time in July, which is -4 GMT.

Daylight Saving Time begins for most of the United States at 2 a.m. on the first

Sunday of April. Time reverts to standard time at 2 a.m. on the last Sunday of

October.

There are a few exceptions, like the state of Indiana doesn't change for DST.

You can see http://webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/index.html for more details

Regards,

Karen
