Annual Tithi Pravesha Chart Question.

Namaste,

 

While, I was looking for a native's D-10 "Annual TP chart" in conjunction with

"Tithi Ashotttari Dasa", I have found that the native has Ketu in 10th house

which is Virgo with Lagna in Sg.

 

When I was trying to time the possible Job for this native, I do not see Ketu

Dasa or Antar dasa in "Tithi Ashotttari Dasa" system, so do I have to take the

planets having rashi drishti with Virgo, which are Ra in Pi, Sa in Ge and Me in

Sg.

 

Please help me to understand this Ketu not availability and native has Ketu in 10th in D-10?.
