10th lord SHANI is in 3rd house KARKA/Cancer

Does it mean that the native has good prospect in arts, viz. films,

production , acting.

Also Venus in 5th house is NEECHA, but in Parivarthan with BUDHA in

6th house Libra.

Is this PARIVARTHANA significant for the above career.
