Guest guest
Dear Raoji What I heard & read & practicing too is that while sleeping Head position should be towards South. Probable reasons: 1. Our Head is positively charged & Earth's South Pole is Negatively charged so Energy can make a circle naturally. 2. I heard that Dead body's Legs are placed towards South so living being should have their Heads towards South while sleeping. Second best option is your HEad position towards East. Reasons: 1. This way our Right side is positively charged & Left hand side is negatively charged - which is again natural. 2. Sun rises in the East - all good positive energies enters through and preserved in head and all negativity passes through Feets. I heard that touching the feet of a Master has this phenomenon behind it. Master can touch your head & pass on the energy and even can measure your level of enegies and touching Master's feet - a sensible desciple can know the level of negative energies of the Master (which shall be minimum). Hope list members & gurus will correct me & throw more light on this. Dear Guru's and Learned Members, Namaste Can some one please suggest to me what is the best direction to keep the Head position while sleeping on the Bed in the BedRoom. As you know, in some cases, the best direction is not possible, then what is the next alernative best direction to keep the head while sleeping. For the sake of education, please explain the reasons for the suggested directions as well, if possible. Thanks for your help in advance.
