Dear Srinivas rao,

 

Easier than you think:

1. Log into /

2. On the upper right side click on <Edit my membership>

3. In the selection of "Message delivery" choose "No Mail".

4. Click on <Save Changes>

 

Once you are back do the same and select "Individual mails"

As simple as that...
