Guest guest Posted August 5, 2003 Report Share Posted August 5, 2003 Dear Sir, The second house too indicates formal education.The lord of the second from lagna viz Venus is combust .The sign dispositor of Venus too is debilitated.He is in association with Sun who is the 12th lord.Under such circumstances ,the natives chances of getting proper formal education, obviously, is bleak.How then could he win laurels in college - studies?. The second house ,Thula is unafflicted and remains auspiious.Though Venus is combust ,he is exalted (Paramoccha.) and that too he is in a kendram from Lagnam(Vide Maha-Purusha-yogam). His sign dispositor Jupiter (7th lord) is in a Konam,with cancellation of debilitation being caused by Moon.Jupiter has conjoined an exalted Mars.Venus is in a (Tenth) Kendram from Moon too.Saturn-Moon period ought have been quite favourable for studies etc.Jupiters association with Mars is benificial to Jupiter but not detrimental to the interests of Jupiter. >From the Moon sign,Moon himself is the second lord.How is he placed?.Moon ,Rahu and Venus are in mutual Kendras where Venus is a KonadhiPathi.Katakam is being aspected by Jupiter and exalted Mars?.The sign dispositor of Moon viz, Mercury is in a Konam ,Mercury being the lagna-lord both from Moon sign and the ascendent. If there is any malefic influence such as the aspect of Saturn on the second house , it can at best act as only a very feeble force that too ,capable of causing only slight obstructions. Coming to Mercury, the Karaka,he is placed in between two exalted lords. Jupiter is in the 12th from Mercury.Mercury is not in association with any malefic planet?.The Parasara-Hora-Shastra says that lagna lord placed in six is quite good etc.( If my memory is right). I dont think that mere fact of combustion can rob a planet of all vitality ?. when a planet has other sources of strenth such as exaltation, being posited in a Kendram etc. Likewise ,the presence of a lord in a Dusthanam is not bad enough to cause bad results.I think ,that under such circumstances ,the planet should be with a malefic to be able to yield bad results. Sun who is a fiery palnet, being posited in a watery sign may lose his capacity to burn the other palnets and particularly Venus who is a watery planet?.This part of explanation is only perhaaps my wild imagination. The 4th lord from janmalagnam is in the 5th with cancellation of debility .He in addition is in the company of exalted Mars etc.So also, from Moon sign the 4th lord is situated in the 9th.So on and soforth. That the planets are favourably placed appears to be there. I have tried to analyse meaningfully subject to necessary corrections if any , ,and I think that my analysis may be of real use to you for your study. What does it mean? (7) Now running his saturn dasa (saturn in friends sign-taurus in 9th house) till 2011. But later is Mercury dasa (2011-28) which is in bad shape (but is his AK), followed by Ketu dasa (2028-35) which is in Mercury's sign, followed by the dasa of afflicted Venus. --> How will this affect his life?
