Respected Vistiji,

I am very grateful to you for your advice and help.

I had earlier replied to this mail but possibly due to large attachments it

might not have got delivered. I have managed to compress files this time.

I have already st arted doing 2 malas a day as suggested by you. However, Visti

Ji, I am out of employment for quite some time. I left my job in FEB 2002 and

since then I have been looking for new assignments but have not managed to get

anything as yet. I am enclosing Lagna, Moon chart and Navamsha chart as

suggested by you.

I am really depressed and frustrated as this gap of one and half year has

affected my self confidence and also my monetary position. In other words I am

financially ruined.

Please advice when will I be able to get a new job and how soon will I be able

to improve my bad financial condition ? My horoscope is appended at the end.

I have few queries :

1. What is use of bad mantra ??

2. I donot know Vishnu Sahasaranama. Can you please tell me the mantra ??

My Problem

I got married on 26-JANUARY-2000 and this match was fixed through paper

advertisement. Initially my family objected due to mismatch in family status

but they were keen on this match as they wanted their daugther to get married

to a non-business family.

At the time of marriage I was based in Mumbai and was working for a

multinational shipping company in a respectable position.

At the time of marriage my wife was doing her MBA and it was agreed that she

would move in permanently after 6 months. During this period she took admission

in other courses and her stay got extended over 1 year. Finally she came to

Mumbai in February 2001.

During this period I had purchased a flat in Andheri, Mumbai for us to stay.

During this period, my in-laws and her relatives used to frequently visit

Bombay and used to stay with us.

However, my father-in-law on many occasions suggested to my father and myself to

quit Bombay and shift to Calcutta. He even mentioned that he would help me to

open up a consultancy or to join his business.

There was some resistance to this idea as a whole from my side as this was never

discussed during the initial negotiations.

Moreover, there was some change in attitude of my wife during this period and

there used to be frequent quarrels. This started from 27 APRIL 2001 which

happened to be my birthday. Situation became bad to worst after this.

In June my father-in-law filed a police compaint under sec 498 (A) ( anti-dowry

harrasment ) in my name and my mother's name. Infact, my mother never stayed

with her in Bombay and my wife also never visited Delhi after marriage.

My mother and myself were arrested and were later released on bail. I got bail

after 10 days where as my mother got bail a day later after the arrest. The

arrest took place on 26th June (midnight).

Later they filed for a divorce suite in Calcutta in July 2000.

After this, I went back to my work and mentioned about what had happened to my

management. I continued to work for the same company.

In the meantime they wrote to my company threatening to go to press incase I am

not removed from the company. However, my company ignored the mail.

With 2 cases going on in Bombay and in Calcutta, I was under pressure and was

required to travel to Calcutta to meet my lawyers and attend court. Finally in

January 2002, I resigned from my company as it had started affecting my work. I

continued to work for next one month and my employment ended with them on

28-FEBRUARY-2002.

Status of Cases

Bombay - 498 (A)

Nothing has moved actually. We are just getting dates after dates and the next

date is on 21-JULY-2003.

Calcutta - Divorce suite

Till date nothing there is no progress. They have filed additional petition for

interim alimony claiming maintainance. Mitul Chatterjee is also into her own

business and is a tax payer and substantial income of her own. We have

documents to support the same and have written back in reply to this petition.

The last date attended by our lawyer was 17-JUN-2003.

My present problems

1. Since I am out of employment for such a long time, my financial condition is

really in a very bad shape. I was select by another MNC named SITA as Project

Manager but this position is on hold now. This happened between end November

2002 and December 2002. On January 8th, 2003 I was informed about the delay.

2. I have been actively looking for opportunities but nothing has worked out so

far. I have worked for many good companies in the past and even now companies

have shown interest but there seems to be inevitable delays.

3. I am really mentally exhausted with 2 cases and also on the fact that my

mother's name has been dragged into this.

4. We had to sell our properties in Delhi to support ourselves and looks like

have to sell my Bombay flat incase this continues for long.

5. It has been said by few that there is black magic done to stop income of our

family. Surprisingly, my elder brother who is into his own business is also not

doing well

I would be very grateful to anyone and everyone who kindly advice me at this point of time.

Dear Rajesh,

Pretty mail (venus), atleast include Navamsa next time.

You have Curse of spouse due to Saturn and Rahu joining Venus, indicating that

you caused sorrow, deception and shock to your spouse in the past life and

hence you are suffering in this life.

Furthermore as the Badhakesh - Saturn is involved, this curse came as a result

of a broken promise. As this happens in the 11th house, this is related to some

Prasad recieved, or possibly even dowry as is the case with Vivaha.

The sign will reveal what the nature of the promise was; as this happens in

Pisces, this indicates that the promise related to the actual nature of

marriage, namely - giving. In other words the spouse was neglected, and this

caused the problems in the present life.

 

An idol of Laxmi-Narayana (Venus joined Saturn) should be offered to a temple

and the recitation of the mantra; "Om Namo Bhagavate Hrishikeshaaya" should be

done every morning for atleast 2-4 malas.

 

Mercury Antara will not give relief easily, due to it being in the 12th house

and in a martian sign, indicating the use of bad mantras used against one (5th

lord Merc in the 12th), however Ketu antara in 2004 will end the court case

without doubt.

 

To remove the effect of bad mantras, you should begin the recitation of Vishnu

Sahasaranama, which is one of the best remedies for Mercury. This will also

remove the delays in the courtcases.

Few things which I want to add.

 

An elderly member in my wife's family is a tantrik. This I came to know only

later. So, even I suspected that they might have used black magic.

 

Its just not my income but the entire family's income is presently ZERO. We all are in deep trouble.

 

First of all there was no demand or request for dowry from my family. I had made

it clear that there is a status mismatch but my in-laws were keen for this

marriage. My in-laws are from a business family. My wife doesnot have any

brother. My in-laws insisted that I should join their family business in

Calcutta. I always resisted and greatly disliked this matter always. My in-laws

are quite influential and closely related to a very well known crickter from

Bengal.

 

At one of the mail I saw that it is adviced not to involve my father in this

matter. But the fact is that my father's involvement in the whole matter

actually worsened it further.

 

Regarding my professional career and financial position, I can only say that it is ruined.

 

Does wearing gems help in anyway ??

 

Just to mention I am wearing Emerald (Mercury), Gomed / Hessonite (Rahu), Zircon

(Venus), and Pearl for Moon.

 

Visti Ji, please give some mantra so that my financial position improves. I

donot know how to sustain through this hard time. I really mean this and donot

know how to survive this period.

 

I would await your reply please. I know I am troubling you a lot but I hope you

would consider my case and understand my position.
