Tail and not mouth.

 

Planet Hemmed between Cobra Mouth ( rahu ) and Scorpion Tail ( ketu)

i.e from KETU to RAHU ( clockwise) = Kalasarpa Dosha

 

Planets Hemmed between Cobra Tail ( Rahu ) and Scorpion mouth ( ketu)

i.e from RAHU to KETU(clockwise) = No Kalasarpa Dosha as Tail of

cobra and mouth of scorpion are non - poisonous.
