I have a request for honest advice regarding my career in coming months. I shall really be obliged for the kind help by you all. After staying the in the US for over 5 years, we are thinking of returning to Mumbai, India for good. Can learned members pls comment on this decision from career and happiness point of view ? I hate to ask another question based on your response, as I am sure time is very scarce for you and other gurus on the list. Actually I don't want to return to. I now wish to return to Mumbai for good. My question was more about settlement in India after returning. Will I have to repent on this decision (to return) ever ? Is there something (remedies?) Rahu is a tempting machine and you would be tempted to take decisions. I said guru dasa because guru rules India, and Guru rules the natural compassion. Rahu rules just the opposite. If you take a decision now, it is more on impulse and temptation rather than compassion. But if you are very serious, then probably you can take the risk. Small example: Few years back, an engineer approached me and asked if his move for higher salary in a private steel plant would be good. I said it wouldn ot be better. He said that he would be getting treble his current salary. The offer was tempting as it was rahu dasa and rahu would use such tricks. He did not heed to the advice and went ahead to the private steel plant of MNC(RAHU). After two years the plant closed and he wanted to return to the government steel plant (sun). But the authorities offered him a lower post than his normal position earlier.
