Guest guest
I am in search for information about the rules and regulations one has to follow for practice of sannyas. Living in Europe there is no possiblity for me to take formal sannyas, however, this is not important, important is to follow the rules and regulations a sannyasi(ni) has to follow. Has someone information? Are there spiritual texts where the rules for sannyasis/sannyasinis are described?

Guest guest
Aum Namah Shivaya Dear Alexandra, Please read 'Sanyasa Darshan' by Swami Niranjananda or Sanyasopanishat by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, both published by Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, Bihar. The first book is the most complete treatment on this subject in English that I have ever seen.
