In an accident, the factors in operation are , the element of suddenness ( 8th

house/8th lord, Rahu)and the injury(6th house/6th lord) to the body(

Lagna/lagna-lord). In this case, the Lagna has no benefics in Kendra, and the

lagna_lord, though exalted, is retrograde and severely afflicted by the

nodes.Though Lagna-lord is aspected by Jupiter, he himself is retrograde and

and is in the axis of the nodes, so, he can not protect the lagna-lord.In

navamsa , Jupiter is in the axis the nodes also. You cannot expect any

protection from such a jupiter, who also is 8th Lord.

Venus and Rahu are in the house which also has A8, so, these planets will behave

in a way, as if they are in the 8th house.

So, the final picture emerging is:

* A weak Lagna-lord

*He is not protected by any benefic

*he is with A8(suddenness)

*he is allicted by nodes(Suddenness)

*he is afflicted by 8th lord (suddenness)

*The period mentioned by the astrologer is Rahu-Rahu-Venus for the accident to happen

*During this period all the factors metioned previously for accident to occur will be in operation.

Dear Gurus and Members,

Attached is the chart of a friend who has been told by an astrologer that he

will have a severe accident between Oct 2003 and April 2004 and praying to

Vishnu will help him.

I dont have any information as to why was this prediction and remedy given and

therefore wanted to understand it.

My attempt is that the 6th lord Venus is afflicted by Rahu. He is running Rahu

MD. Ra/Ra/Ve matches with the time predicted for his accident. Dispositor of Ra

and Ve is Ju. So he has been asked to pray to Vishnu (VRA page 47).

Further, Ve is the lagna lord and is exalted. Can such a Ve give something like a severe accident??

I did not look at the D charts as I am not sure of the birth time. The given

time is 8:15 but neither Ge nor Ta Navamsa match his nature and Ar fits the

best so changed it to 8:06.

Looking for guidance and comments.

Dear Shiv,

Accidents are likely to be caused when there will be influence of Mars (Natural

zodiac 8th/1st lord) and Maraka and Khareshas. In the chart you have referred,

Guru is functional malefic and powerful Kharesha as he not only owns 8th house

but also 22nd dreccanna adhipathi. Further Guru is afflicted by axis of Rahu

and Ketu. Guru is having dhrusti on Shukra (Lagnadhipathi) and Rahu, and also

on Lagna in natal chart. This is a potential for vehicular accidents.

For the chart, Kuja is maraka being 7th and 12th lord. In the coming October,

Kuja shall be moving in the Kumba and stands to cast ashubha dhrusti on

native's natal ascendant and also on Lagnesha, (Shukra) who would be in Kanya

in transit. During this period, the transit Guru shall be in Simha, and shall

have his dhrusti on Rahu who would be moving in Mesha by then and Rahu bhukti

will be in force. Thus Guru shall transfer his evil potential on Bhukti lord

and also Maraka Kuja during the period. Antara lord, who is lagnesh himself

shall be debilitated in transit. Shani in transit at that time shall be

aspecting natal ascendant lord (of natal position) very closely.

Whether any likely injury below the waist is cautioned?
