Respected Gurus & dear friends,

In the May 11, 2003, meeting of SJC-Hyderabad, we tried to apply the TOB

rectification techniques, know to us, on a chart (jhd file attached).

This was a special meeting as 6 new members joined our study group.

The known facts about the native, M Narsing Rao, are:

Male: DOB - Aug. 11, 1965, 7-00pm (as reported), at Hyderabad

Physique: Avg. height, now bulky, honest, well-mannered and dignified looks,

leadership qualities; slightly hot-tempered; bad digestion - severe acidity;

Parents: Both parents deceased: Mother - Jan 11, 1993, in a road accident; Father - Oct. 26, 2001

Siblings: One younger brother

Marriage: love marriage, different sub-caste, initially opposed by both parents

Children: Girl - July 31, 1986; Boy - July 3, 1986; followed by a conception -

twins, boy & girl, lost due to an abortion following a small accident.

Education: passed 10th

Career: average, working in menial jobs, last - and present - one as a peon/

messenger .

We request your comments and corrections and suggestions.

We propose to continue this analysis with some other factors on this chart – and

then to take up members charts in our next meeting, due on May 25, 2003.

Analysis:

RASI CHART (D-1):

If we take 7:00 pm birth time, lagna comes to Aq, housing Saturn ® in its

moola trikona. So, he is strong though he is debilitated in D-9 (He attains

neecha bhanga, if we take Sc as D-9 Lagna).

The co-lord Rahu placed in Ta, functionally exalted.

These two planets Sat, Rahu may give dark complexion and curly hair.

Sat® in his moola trikona indicates his traditional behaviour.

Jupiter as malefic lord of 2nd, and 11th, also the natural karaka for elder

coborns, is in Papa-kartari yoga and he is in inimical mercury's sign Gemini.

Karaka for younger coborns Mars, is in 7th from his own sign Aries and is also

lord of 3rd, aspected by rasi drishti of its dispositor Venus, Mer®, Rahu and

Saturn indicate living coborns.

Visti: After looking at 3rd and 11th houses/lords and the position of the

Karaka from these houses, next step is seeing the Arudha Lagna.

The Arudha Lagna is in Taurus, and taurus being an even sign, calls for reverse

counting. Elder siblings are seen from the 3rd from AL - Cancer, where an

auspicious Sun is placed. However it recieves the Rasi dristi from Rahu, Ketu

and Saturn, devoid of beneficial aspect. There are hence no elder siblings.

11th from AL shows the younger siblings. This is Pisces, and is unoccupied,

whilst aspected by its own lord giving siblings. Its lord Jupiter is also

unconjoined or aspected, hence giving 1 younger sibling, which is likely a boy.

If you check the same with Capricorn Lagna, you will definitely get a different

result.

Q. How, & in whcih chart, does one see/ confirm the early demise of siblings?

10H in Rasi chart is Sc housing Ketu, its lord Mars in Li ( 12 th from Sc) and

Sat® powerful 10th aspect on Sc indicates only a menial job . The native is

working as peon.

Visti: Malefics in 10th devoid of benefic aspect indicates menial jobs, if

Mercury is afflicted and associated with the 6th, then this is also indicated.

Q. ME as lord of 6th in natural rasi chart or in relation to this chart?

Lord of 10th Mars in a airy sign aspected by its lord Venus and Mercury( Rasi

Drishti) 5th & 8th lord.

Mercury is a intellectual planet in a fiery sign indicate his communication skills.

Visti: ??? See Venus and Merc in the Kendra, whilst Jup is in trines.

Depending on Jups strength theres a Saraswati Yoga here.

Q. JU is not very strong, is it? With AQ lagna, it is also 2 & 11 lord, placed

in 5th. But for CP lagna, JU becumes 3 & 12 lord, placed in 6 - a VRY.

Jupiter, natural Karaka for Children is in fifth, cuasing Karako Bhava naasa,

and 5H itself is under Papa kartari yoga indicates problems in children, which

was really happened. So, Lagna in Rasi chart can be fixed as Aquarius.

Visti: This applies only to when Jupiter is strong in the 5th indicating that

there will only be one good son. Look at the papakartari Yoga on the 5th.

Q. Can you please elaborate - do you mean for "karako bhava naasa", the Jup has

to be strong? PKY has already been pointed out in our note - what will be the

effect of PKY in the presence of JUP in 5th, possibly causing "karako bhava

naasa"?

4th House: Rahu is placed in 4H, indicating problems in education. In D-24, if

we take Sc as lagna, then Karaka for education Mercury is placed in 12H,with 4H

in Papa Kartari Yoga, again confirms indications from Rasi chart.

Visti: Our own Guruji has Rahu in 4th, which earned him a good education in a

foreign school. Is that a problem here? Or is it 4th lord Venus joined 8th lord

Mercury?

Q. Wouldn't association of 8th lord, with 4th lord, indicate types of

"influences" on education - say occult, etc??

Karaka for mother, Moon, placed in 12H also indicates problems to mother.

In D-1 Moon is aspected by Rahu- Ketu axis rasi drishti indicate death of mother in Rahu dasa.

Visti: You will notice that 4th house and its Karaka recieve Graha Dristi

from Mars and Rahu. This indicates Sarpa Shaapa, this is confirmed with 4th

lord joined 8th lord. Now a special note here is that 4th lord is also

Badhakesh!

Q. 4th lord also being badhakesh, perhaps, better explains the break in education.

Further points:

Raja Yoga formed in 7th by Venus lord of 4th and 9th and Mercury, lord of 5th

and 8th will fructify later stage in life as yoga formed in 7th house.

As Jup, lord of UL placed in A7 Gemini, indicate Love marriage or marriage to a

known person (COVA) .

Moon is badly placed in most of the Varga Chakras.

 

NAVAMSA (D-9):

Navamsa lagna, with TOB at 7pm, is in Libra.

The other options are: Virgo (-3 min), Scorpio(+ 8.5 min), Sagittarius(+19 min)..

With Li as D-9 lagna, Guru Mangal Yoga in D-9 itself gives martian capabilities

in his Dharma and his inner behaviour, which is in contrary to the reality.

Also Rahu in 9th aspecting Jupiter and Mars through his Graha drishti indicate

sakthi Yoga. In reality he is very calm going person.

7H in Aries housing 4th & 5th lord Saturn®, 9th & 12th lord Mer®. As 5th

lord Sat® in 7th may indicate LOVE marriage at early age due to Guru Mangala

Yoga. This can be confirmed in Rasi chart also as Venus, Mer® posited in 7th

house and Mer as 5th & 8th lord indicate Love and 7th lord Sun in 6th indicate

problems in marriage.

But for 8th lordship of Mer, there will be problems through-out in married life

and for Saturn's 7th aspect drags the married life longer. Rahu placed in 9th

in D-9 may indicate sudden marriage.

But in D-9, basic complexion indicated by Li and Ju and Mars is quite contrary

to the native's complexion.

However, if we take Sc as D-9 lagna, 7H falls in Ta in papa kartari yoga and its

lord Venus placed in Rahu-Ketu axis indicate both problems in marraige and dark

complexion for both, husband and wife( due to RK axis on Venus).

Therefore, we preferred Sc as Navamsa Lagna – TOB to be pushed by ATLEAST 8.5 minutes.

Visti: What first comes to my mind when looking at this Navamsa is that

Atmakaraka Venus lords Libra Navamsa lagna. This is a Yoga for birth in noble

or royal family. As Venus falls in Sagittarius Navamsa, this indicates a fall

from such a royal position. Do ask about the persons past.

The complexion can be reckoned from either Navamsa lagna or Chandra Navamsa

Lagna, whichever is stronger. Here Libra is stonger with more planets, hence

cannot confirm the birth unless the native had the same complexion as their

father at birth who would be light skinned. Now Virgo Navamsa Lagna seems more

applicable. Moon with Rahu indicates very dark skin.

CHILDREN D-7:

It was recognized that the last pregnancy, resulting in an abortion of

twins(boy+girl) was the most significant reference point.

Reported TOB gives D7 lagna is Aq.

With this, first child is indicated by 5th counted direct order which is Gemini,

having influence of Ju and Su through placement,and its lord Mec® in Leo with

Ket indicates male child due to exchange between Mer and Sun.

But first child is girl.

If we take Pi as D-7 lagna (TOB +11:40 min), 5th counted in reverse falls in Sc.

Its lord Mars is in Li with Moon aspected by Ve, Ra, Ket and Mer, thereby

indicating a female child.

2nd child is indicated by 7th house counted in reverse i.e. Virgo. Its lord,

Mercury is conjuct with Ketu in a fiery male Leo indicate males issue (exchange

between Sun and Mer).

As Mercury is placed in Rahu ketu axis shows no further issues unless presence

of strong jupiter aspect.

3rd issue is indicated by Leo, instead of Cancer as Gathi changes due to R-K Axis.

Lord of Leo, Sun, is placed in a dual sign Gemini, conjuct with Ju - lord of two

dual signs. There is Parivartana between Sun and Mercury (itself an indicator of

twins and lord of dual signs) indicating twins.

But this issue was aborted due to an accident shown by dispositor of Sun,

Mercury aspected by Mars from Li.

And Mer itself in Rahu Ketu axis.

We can analyze the fate of this issue by taking Gemini as lagna of that issue.

Visti: Well... For Aqua theres Rahu in Lagna, possibly the Gati changes due

to this. I won't comment on this yet.

DASAMSA D-10:

If Pi taken as D-10 lagna – rectified after the last step, 10H falls in Sag,

housing Ketu and its lord Ju placed in Gemini with Rahu.

This confirms the indications from Rasi chart. Mercury, significator of

communication in 6th artha trikona indicates the his nature of job.

Further A10 falls in Virgo shows his working environment as business(Virgo,

software, accounts) and low profile(Saturn).

CO- Borns D-3 :

If we take Aq as D-3 lagna, elders indicated by 11th house Sag. Its lord Ju

placed in Ge aspected by Rahu - Ketu Axis would indicate no elder siblings.

Ju is also natural karaka for elder coborns. This can be confirmed if we take Ge

as lagna in D-3 and analyze D-3 chart as if a natal chart.

Karaka for younger co borns Mars placed in Li with Sat®, aspected by Moon, Mer

indicate living younger co-borns.

First younger co born indicated by Pi (Gathi changes due to Rahu - Ketu Axis).

Its lord Ju placed in Ge aspected by Sun, Ket, Rahu indicate male. (Aspect of

RKAxis on Ju already taken for elder co borns).

2nd co-born indicated by Ve placed in Aries aspected by Mer® may indicate again a male.

But, there is only one co-born, younger to the native.

Visti: I make it a rule to analyse the Rasi from AL perspective before

looking at the Drekkana. Try it.
