Fasting on UL days

Dear Visti, Sarajit and Narasimha,

 

Could someone pls explain the theory of UL completely. Additionally,

I have some doubts :-

 

1. Can anyone fast on the days on UL lord, are there certain kinds of

combinations by which one can't fast on UL days.

2. If there are two lords then should the fasting be of the strongest

co lord or weakest.

3. What are the exact benefits of fasting on UL days.

4. Is there any particular type of fast that one needs to keep, only

fruits or only water or no water or does it change from planet to

planet.

5. Recently a member used the term Gauna Pada, what is the meaning of

Gauna exactly.

6. Can people fast on AL days also, would this help in increasing of

image, status and does it depend on some factors.

7. Does one need to fast for different periods for different planets,

I heard for Saturn it is 16 weeks { one day per week } and for

other planets diff counts.

8. If a girl is unmarried due to various doshas can she get married

by fasting on UL days.

9. Should the fasting be from sunrise to sunset or sunrise to next

sunrise, does it depend on the planet day.
