Guest guest
Hi Everybody, I read about this dosha. There is a dosha called "Kala Sarpa Dosha" in which all the planets are between Rahu and Ketu in a chart. Even if one planet is outside the Rahu and Ketu, it's called Anshik Kala sarpa dosha (Partial Kala sarap). I had seen many charts of my friends / relatives, and almost 85% of the charts have this dosha. Is it so common or is it just a co-incidence that I got all these charts. According what I read, it was said that A person born with dosha has to struggle a lot in his life. Learned People and Gurujis, Kindly elaborate the meaning and various points and remedies if any related to the Kala Sarpa Dosha. regards, Neeraj ===== http://www.geocities.com/master_minds_india/ The New Search - Faster. Guest guest
Aum Krishna Guru ================ Dear Neeraj, I would not say it is a very common yoga. Though you would find this yoga in specific *generations*. When talking about Kala Sarpa Yoga, we remember that it has to do with MOST planets between Rahu and Ketu. Now Rahu and Ketu take approximately 18 months in any particular rasi [zodiac sign]. Let us compare the other outers. Mars has a abnormal transit Jupiter takes approx one year in a rasi [zodiac sign]. Saturn takes approx two and half years in a rasi [zodiac sign]. However the inner planets [as in Mercury and Venus] have faster orbits. Furthermore, Moon has the fastest orbit. So it really depends on particular *time spans*, which is why I said specific generations, where we find the Kala Sarpa Yoga being more common. With regards to this, you can answer the question about whether it is a coincidence or common...yourself...when you study the probabilities and possibilities of all orbits of all inner and outer planet transits alongside the time they take to complete an orbit [or pass through all zodiac signs]. Therefore, Jupiter will take say 12 years [approx], Saturn will take 30 years [approx]...and so on to complete the zodiacal transit. Now find out how long Rahu and Ketu [as they are always opposite to each other] takes to complete the zodiacal orbit. Then calibrate the other planet's orbit in relation to Rahu and Ketu, and you will get the answer of how often [or not] the Kala Sarpa Yoga occurs in people. Furthermore, a helpful hint may be that Jupiter and Saturn usually meet each other every *twenty* years. Hope the above was helpful to answer you. P.s.: You will most often find that majority of KSY [Kala Sarpa Yoga] charts MAY have Moon outside Rahu and Ketu. Yes? Because Moon only takes two and a half day in a Rasi [zodiac sign].
