You need Microsoft's reader software to open it, you can download it from microsoft website, it is about 5Meg . It also has a text to speech converter (you have to download that separately, IT is not that good though, It even reads all annotations and reference citations] the file is msreadersetup.exe it is about 3.6Meg.
