Dear Narayana Ji and other Learned members,

 

Thanks JK for a very good point, I am also having a difficulty in

understanding the convertion of various standard times to GMT.

 

For example, what shall I use for a city called Minneapolis,

Minnesota, USA. Is it +6.00 GMT ?. Once the time changes on 7th

April do I need to use +5.00 GMT for this city.
