Achyuta Gurukul] children and saptamsa

dear narayan,

 

in his last mail, narsimhaji told that the TZ for georgetown is 3h 45m (W). i

took this TZ as i knew that the standard time there is AST and as i knew AST is

4H (W). where can i get these informations about converting various standard

time to GMT?
