With reference to your question......

..Jupiter ,who is the Putrakaraka ,himself being retrograde towards his

own sign which incidentally happens to be the eigth sign/bhava does

not seem to promise the birth of a male child.What more ..Mars who

aspects the eigth sign /house seems to affect the prospects further.In

addition Jupiter is in association with Ketu.

As ketu is a spiritual planet and , it perhaps is indicated by the

association of Ketu with Jupiter ,that by resorting to performing

parihara evil forces which may be standing in the way can be

warded off successfully.

Thirdly ,Saturn and Rahu are aspecting Jupiter from twelve and three

from the ascendent respectively.This is likely to be one more

unfavourable thing and a hindrance.The next immediate Dasa is one of

Shani , you see.

With regard to fifth house and its lord ,again Jupiter is the lord

concerned.His parivatana with Mars may not be coducive to birth of

children.Presence of lagna lord in the fifth also is said to inhibit

,if the expression is correct,child birth .Malefics ,Sun amd Mars are

posited in the fifth.

The one favourable thing seems to be aspect of Jupiter both on the

fifth from lagna and the fifth from chandra--lagna .I am inwardly

prompted to hope that this is likely to bring success.

The Dasa and Bhukthi which you are running right now are those of

Jupiter and Rahu respectively.The malefic aspect of Rahu is active

,now.Similarly the Sub-Sub period of Saturn should be completed.The

next Sub--Sub period will be that of Mercury who is a

benefic.Ofcourse he is in association with two malefics.It may not be

proper to pin hope on him or even Ketu.Perhaps this is the time

which is likely to bear fruit.The aspect of Jupiter is acting on

all the three viz, Mars, Sun and Mercury.In addition Jupiter is

aspecting his own sign as well as the fifth sign from himself.

Of course Jupiter who aspects his own sign may not be strong

because being a benific he is subjected to the aspect of Saturn.

Lastly,

Venus who is the tenth lord is in a strong place.He is a first

rate benefic .There is no aspect of any planet on the tenth

house/sign.These indications perhaps tend to point out that there

should be birth of children to the native.
