Dear Sandy, As far as i know, "YogaVipareetham" as a term was used only when considering Longevity alterations, as you rightly mentioned. Sanjay ji, talked about it at Ukiah seminar, in detail, when dealing with Longevity and ShoolaDasa. I am not aware of this term being used in any other context.
