Dear Rampal,

You do not have kalasarpa yoga. Moon is outside the axis of Rahu and Ketu.

Neechabhanga of Mars is caused by Saturn being in angle from Moon and association with Mars.

Lords of 11th and 9th posited in 2nd house should give you good wealth and

reduce the results of Mars effect on 2nd. However problems in education and

speech are there.

Chandrashekhar.

Dear Amit,

1)whether I am afflicted with Kalsarp yoga--if yes then what will be its effect

in my career and what r remedies for it?

Yes you have the Kalasarpa Yoga in the horoscope. However as Lagna is placed

outside the nodal axis, your own effort shall make you break the affect the

yoga. The remedy for KSY yoga is worshipping of Divine mother Chandi. You have

a lots of yoga in the horoscope. They shall fructify after the KSY yoga is

broken.

2)what does saturn and mercury at 9 house signify?

Saturn in the 9th house is not that good as it shows fall of dharma. Here,

Mercury shall take the nature of Saturn. Probably you are attracted towards

other religion. Evebthough its placement as 4th lord in the 9th could have been

considered better, however placement of 8th lord mercury there destroyed the

indication of yoga of placement of the kendra lord in a kona.

Best Wishes

Sarajit

Namaste Sri,

The planet occupying the HIGHEST longitude become AK in the chart. For Rahu, use

30 degrees - longitude of Rahu and then compare all the planets.

BTW, JHLite is for many years and has been tested by hundreds of group members

and others. You can have faith on its calculations. If still in doubt, you can

post you chart file in .jhd format (chart saved in JHLite).

With Best Wishes

[sJC: Achyuta Gurukul] Hi

Respected members,

I seek a small clarification,

I happened to cast my own Horoscope Chart using Jhoralite s/w. According to

Nirayana planetary information I learnt that Atmakaraka is Rahu. But When I

used other online softwares, I learnt that Atmakaraka is moon. My understanding

is that the planet occupying the highest longitude is meant to be

Atmakaraka(AK).

Can anyone clarify on this. I am learning Astrology on my own and very soon I

hope to start with BPHS and Jaimini Upadesa Sutras.

Thanks,

Sri
