Rectifying birth time

I came upon this article/method of rectifying birth

Has anyone tried this? Is it reliable?

According to this my birth time is 8 minutes earlier

than recorded before (this may be possible according

to my mother). If so, a lot of things change.

I am trying to find my exact birth time.
