Dear Sanjay,

 

I recently made friends with the curator of one of Bangalore's most famous

bookshops dealing with vedanta material. When I'd been there hunting for a copy

of Garuda Puraan, he didn't have it, but gave me a summary (compiled by a

pandit) on the sections I was interested in. I've just reproduced that, because

I thought it might interest some.

 

With my levels of knowledge, I wouldn't be able to do a translation of GP or any

other work it in 2 lifetimes

 

I don't know whether it is good enough to publish on the web, but you won't have

any probs from me, for sure
