I am not in a position to comment on prices quoted by anyone. I had got my yellow sapphire with the help of a friend who lives in Baroda. His name is G.J.Brahmbhatt and his phone no is--India code+265-335101 and 341199. You must mention my name and talk to him in this regard. I bought my yellw sapphire in Feb 1999. It weighs just above five ratties( a unit of measurement marginally different from carat). Then it cost me Rs.50000(fifty thoudand). I had to pay another Rs.6000/- for gold and making.However, I am not in a position to compare with anybodyelse`s price or quality. Good or bad ,I got the thing because of personal contact. I think the quality of my stone is reasonably good. The second part of the conference was more relaxed and informal. Some topics were very good. Journey back home was fantastic especially my three days stay in London with my college mates.
