Karaka, House and Sign - Another elementary question

Dear Visti and other learned members,

Sometime back you taught us how to interpret planetary positions in a house with respect to Karakas.

Would very much appreciate if you would make me understand interpretation of

planetary position with respect to house karaka and the sign of the house.

Take two examples with respect to Moon, the 4th house Karaka for Mother/Peace of Mind/Emotions.

1) Saturn in the 4th house Taurus.

2) Saturn in the 4th house Leo

In the first case Saturn is in a friends house (Venus) but is inimical to Moon

In the second case Saturn is in an enemy's house (Sun) and is inimical to Moon.

With Saturn in the 4th house the "Moon Karaka" would suffer less in example 1

since it is posited in a friendly house (Taurus) and would suffer more in the

second example as it is posited in an enemy's house (Leo).

I am somewhat confused as I am able to also convince myself that Saturn in the

4th house, which is an enemy's house (Leo) would be less powerful being

weakened and hence would do less harm in the second example than in the first

example where being in a friendly house (Taurus) it would do more harm to the

Moon Karaka of the 4th house.

Which of these interpretation is correct. Please enlighten me as to how to

interpret Karaka/Sign combinations.
