Diff between beej mantra and grah mantra - Sanjayji

Dear Guruji,

 

In Vedic Remedies you have given mantras for planets.

 

I want to know what is the difference between beej

mantra and graha mantra and which one should be used

when.

 

Also for surya the beej mantra given is Ghrini is it

spelled Gh-Ri-Ni or Gh-Ri-Nim.
