Sanjay Guru, we are atleast around 3 of us currently in the Bay Area/ Silicon Valley in California, USA who would like to meet regularly and study. In other words, this would be the SJVC study group in Bay Area of California. Guruji, we need your permission. Prakash, Sai and I are eagerly awaiting your advice, permission and guidance before we can meet. Guruji, please advise us. What should we start off with? When should we start meeting? How should we go about with this study group? We were planning to start meeting from saturday morning. Is that acceptable? Members from other study groups (in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad etc) please give us your advice. I am an amateur and beginner in astrology. There are several concepts I need to learn still. Through the SJVC lessons and through this group meetings I am sure all of us will learn a lot. Prakash and Sai, I am sure I must have missed several things. So, please add on to my mail. Apart from that , i thought of mentioning the following. There is a parivartana between 5th Lord Venus and 10th Lord Jupiter (bhadaka) . Jupiter & Venus is debilitated in Navamsa. 10th house under pakakatri yoga . It seems to me that this indicates curse from forefathers. Ascendant Lord Mercury , Sun and Rahu are in 9th (trine to 5th house) , this adds to the above. I think the remedial measure in this case would be feeding Brahmins , doing Shardha (if any late elders) , performing charity. But it seems to be from ancestors of female folk rather 'cause of Chandra's affliction( shani afflicting :Chandra-female/Ravi-male). Curse of brahmin is there. All these I did mention briefly in the first mail. Gurudeva did take all these into consideration and then only made observation that Chandra is heavily afflicted and Guru pooja need to be performed.
