Respected Sanjayji, Solaiji, other Gurus and all list members,

 

as scheduled, our 3rd meeting was held on 12.5.02. the same was attended by,

3. Prashanth Achar

4. J.K. Dasgupta

the topic of discussion for this meeting was "career and profession". we

discussed the same on the horoscope of ashwin. the rectified birth time 12.09

(rectified by our list member sri ram) was considered. the chart is enclosed

here.

 

our 4th meeting will be held on 9.6.02 and the same topic will be continued.

also a new topic "marriage" will be taken up for dicussion.

 

doubts faced during the discussion is in red. we look for further guidance from

you on the same.

 

discussion on his proffesion:

 

he is an MBA graduate and was connected to software industries. in between he

was also teaching computer related subjects for some times.

 

10L swavarga jup with sun shows manegerial proffesion. it was brought out that

jup seems to give connection with teaching and finance. aspect of sat may

indicate jobs related to public dealing and aspect of rahu may indicate foreign

connection.

 

aspecting rahu is debilated (ayush matters). we were not sure what it indicates.

 

in D10, lagna is scorpio. 10L sun is with sat in 2H and A6 showing regular

income from service in managerial type of proffesion connected with public

dealing. mer and ket in 6th again points to job related to computers and

communication.

 

sun and sat are inimical. they are together in 2nd house. does this indicate

hard work and strugling for a stabilized income?

 

loss of job:

 

he lost his job (due to closure of company) on 31.10.2001 during ra-sat-ven dasa

and Li-Ge rashi dasa. he is presntly running AK rahu mahadasa (all round

problems).

 

in D-1, 6L mars is debilated in 8th in moon star. moon is exaulted in 12H with

ketu (spiritual trend-which is true in his case) aspecting mars by rashi

dristi. rahu also aspects mars by rashi dristi. sat is in rahu (AK) star. 5L

(12H from 6th, loss of job) is in 11H (gain). also ven is in star of ketu. all

these together seems to have triggered loss of service in ra-sat-ven dasa.

 

it was pointed out that as his rashi mahadasa starts from lagna, effects of all

mahadasas are to be seen from dasa rashi. if dasa starts from 7th house the the

effect to be seen considering 7th from dasarashi as lagna. please guide us

further on this - if our understanding is correct.

 

Li mahadasa started from 18.3.98 and triggered mental tensions for him. 8th moon

from Li must be resposible for this. Li-Ge started from 16.9.01. here again 6H

from Ge i.e scorpio is having rahu (AK), A8 and its lord mars is in 8H. 6H also

gets aspect from ketu and moon (2L in 12H of loss). all these combinations

indicate to the problem in service.

 

Vi gets aspect from HL / A10 from sag, sun / Jup / A7 / A2 from pieces and GL

from Ge. actually in Vi subdasa he once changed his job for a better one. sat

aspect from Ge might have restricted his progress.

 

job prospects:

 

he has entered moon sub sub from 17.3.02. his Li-Ta started from 18.3.02. moon

being in 12H and also Ta being 12H, causing expences and money problem. Ta

being 12th from lagna-should change his residence away from his present place.

there is a parivartana beween asc lord mer and 9L sat. this also indicates

travel to a foreign place. considering Ta as lagna, sat is yogakaraka and the

parivartana happens between 2L and 10L. so the change of residence seems to be

on account of his proffession. Ta aspects 3H, 6H and 9H from it. so contract

service at a distant land indicated. it was opined that he should get a job

before end of Ta sub dasa i.e before 16.9.02.

 

but how to pinpoint the period? please guide us.

 

it was thought that gochara should have a say in this. as soon as jup moves to

cancer and aspects its own house (10H) by graha dristi as well as scorpio (6H)

by both graha and rashi dristi - he should get a job.

 

or will jup, being badhaka lord creat problem? another interseting point to note

that his D10 has jup in maranakaraka sthana (3H) with moon forming gajakeshari.

it was not clear how it affects native's proffesion!

 

also for gemini asc., mars is malefic (being 6L and 11L) and also debilated. as

adviced by some astrologer-he is wearing about 7 rati red coral. should he

continue to wear it? this seems to giving him more problem in service matters.

he has also now started wearing a substitude stone for emerald. that seems to

be ok as mer is lagna & 4H lord sitting in 9H. what other remedies he should

follow? your guidance is required on this.

Visti: Rahu hates this place because a demon can do nothing when in the place

of the dead. It just doens't see the point of being there. On the other hand,

when in Taurus it can do all sorts of mischief to stay alive. Note Rahu is AK,

and is enimical towards Jupiter placed in 10th house. When Rahu will desire to

end the results of Jupiter and Sun(its enemies) in the 10th house. Rahu would

rather focus on health matters, so it can stay alive.

indicate that alot of the recources used to sustain the persons work, will be

spent lavishly, as allthough Sun is a mild malefic, its joining with Saturn

does give Vipareet-Argala on the 12th house, showing that these activities can

cause end of profession(12th=3rd from 10th).

it has taken the job of sustaining the native in his profession, hence only an

enimical PD will ruin the prospects of Saturn.

 

Saturn is enimical towards the 6th house from it, and Venus is placed here in

Dasamsa. Hence in Rahu-Saturn-Venus (Dasa-Antar-PratyAntar), he lost his job.

Venus is the 12th lord and is placed in the 7th showing business-partners.

 

His job in software was indicated by Ketu and Mercury in the 6th house in Dasamsa.

 

it was pointed out that as his rashi mahadasa starts from lagna, effects of all

mahadasas are to be seen from dasa rashi. if dasa starts from 7th house the the

effect to be seen considering 7th from dasarashi as lagna. please guide us

to happen. Ketu, Moon and Rahu all have Rasi Dristi on 10th from AL as well.

 

Saturn in 9th from Libra, doesn't bode well for his employer, having Gulika and

Mandi as well in this position.

 

Note that Dasa of Ghati Lagna should be good, but as Saturn is in Marana Avastha

in Gemini Lagna, the results cannot be good.

 

Vi gets aspect from HL / A10 from sag, sun / Jup / A7 / A2 from pieces and GL

from Ge. actually in Vi subdasa he once changed his job for a better one. sat

Visti: Even thou he may get a new job, there is a clear blemmish in this

chart that needs to be rectified. No gems will help, because the problem comes

from the Atmakaraka Rahu!!!

Rahu is also placed in 6th or 8th in both Rasi and Navamsa, and this shows a

very trying phase, as his health is also getting afflicted by Saturn in Lagna.

His Istha Devata is Sri Koorma Avatara(Mercury in Aqua-Rasi). Read the story

about Sri Koorma, carrying the weight of the world, every morning and every

evening. Meditate on this form.

Seek your Istha Mantra when Jupiter enters Cancer, and joins your Mantrapada(A5).

from it). i suppose this may mean he should benefit from some industry dealing

with public & communication (sat/mer) related to engineering (mars) and

arts/advertisement (ven) and also connected to some foreign matters (rahu).

 

but when i check 12th from AL, virgo is empty having graha & rashi dristi from

jup / sun, rashi dristi from sat and viridha argala from rahu. what does it

mean? is it that his present proffesion indicated by jup or sun is not going to

benefit him? and curiously sat is present in both cases! will debilated rahu's

virodha argala creat more loss for his present profession or craet virodha to

his loss from the same?

i see 3 probabilities:

1. mars is giving unobstructed argala on asc.- so is it ultimately mars

(BK-brither or brotherlike persons)

2. MK mercury - who is in 5th from saturn

3. jup (PiK) and moon (DK) -having unobstructed argala on sat and helping. i am

myself doubtfull here because, if we consider argala on sat - then sat is

getting labhargala also from rahu (11th from sat)-which is opposed by mars (3rd

from sat). so interpretation might be that while rahu shall help sat in his job,

simultaniously try to force the native not to accept the jobs (ofcourse native

is helped by argala of sat (AmK) and sun (GK) both from 2nd-so positive is

stronger).

 

have i missed something? please elaborate it more.

you realise that your name Nisha is the exact reverse of Shani just like Rama

is the eact reverse of Mara? Now, that has a lot to say about what God planned

for you..Think what can this mean?

I really do not have words for my zenith of happiness when I read Guruji's

letter meant for ONLY me. O My God!! i just do not know whats their in the

future but his words are so soothing that I feel myself top on the world. Thats

what those saints might feel when they might have realization of the God and the

eternal truth. But Guruji, dono kaan pakadke uthak baithak lagaake i say sorry

as i use the name "Nisha" for my hobby works of painting and writing poems

only. My parents named me "Anima" but i always a bit hesitant to use this name

as people used to deteriorate the actual pronounciation and sometimes put me to

much of embarrassment though i personally like the name as it gives a meaning to

an individual traditionally. Anyway, the name is not the criteria here i hope

but extremely delighted that there are lots of people to guide me and to

forgive me being elders and seniors in every respect.

Today I was just pondering on whats the good thing behind all my hell like

activities i had to undergo in the past couple of days. Nothing was in

line..... life seem to be so dull ... so full of tensions....Anf I got the

absolute answer. Your mail was there in my mailbox which made me to smile and

feel so lucky.... and the mind was all reset as a new born .....who knows only

the mother. I dont have words neither I wish to explain something that made me

to believe in Intuition. I cant believe that an evil mind like me can be so

lucky to have your blessings..... might be some good deeds be done unknowingly

by me in earlier births......as i m sure none is there in this birth at least

till now. Earlier when your first mail stated that "Hare Krishna" is the right

mantra for the name Nisha.... I simply cursed myself of not using "Anima" ('n'

pronounced as 'n' in pranaam) as it is the name in wordly business and in

troble too. But indeed since happiness has no bounds I took it as Jagannath

Prasad meant for any name for any jeev aatmaa. And the immediate fruit was in

front of me in form of your lines. Since I do respect my parents and their

efforts to search an ethnical name for me, a changed name would make them

uncomfortable. No one could collect happiness for oneself on the cost of

parents' smile and pride. Please forgive me for that. But for this list and for

all the works I enjoy I shall always be Nisha. Guruji, a very stupid question

indeed..... please forgive me for that...... but kindly show mw the path...

thanks for calling me by the name i m identified in the society. i do wish to

study something very specific and deep ....but do not know where to start

from? whether astrology.... or sprituality....or just carry out with the field

i graduated in this society...... one day i hang for BPHS and another day feel

just to recite mantras and feel for God. Another moment, i get feeling that i

must first extend expertise in new developments in IT industry as it is only

going to make a head in the society we live. at other times it is felt that

first let me solve all the problems on my head then think of any other venture.

i m confused. my mind diverts every now and then. sometime i even started with

Geeta, but honestly my mind never got involved in exploring it. i m not getting

the stability required in anything i do. please guide. my resp. seniors and

other members in this list might be laughing on my immaturity .... but i cant
