Look at also darpada and upapada. The point is that I cannot get the complete picture. The 7th lord (Jupiter) is in Lagna in exchange with Lagna lord Mercury and aspects 7th, it seems to be good. But Venus is in Gemini in 10th (Upapada) and aspected by strong Mars (from 3rd) and debilitated Saturn (from 8th). Darapada is in Sagittarius, aspected by Venus, but in 8th from Arudha, this is not good. Second from Upapada (Karakamsha) is occupied by Mercury and Sun. Also I don't understand properly the role of Saturn: it is a lord of 5th and 6th and placed in 8th in Aries. As a lord of trikona it should be a benefic, so how can I interprete its aspect to Venus ?
