Guest guest
Dear Dr.D.Banerjee > Put your finger on Ketu, then move it zodiacally upto Rahu in the rasi chart; if all the planets are situated between Ketu and Rahu , then Kalasarpa yoga is formed. > Put your finger on Rahu, then move it zodiacally upto Ketu in the rasi chart; if all the planets are situated between Rahu and ketu, then Kala amrita yoga is formed. Now I understand how to recognize them. But what is the essential difference between these two yogas ? Valerie
Guest guest
Dear Valerie, KSY brings lot of suffering and makes a person destructive till the natural age of Rahu(45 years). The owner of first chart of KSY yoga is 38 years old and he has messed up his life and is not settled till todate. KAY brings lot of suffering till the natural age of Ketu(43 years)but doesn't make the person destructive and it leads to one becoming a saint. So the common thing is lot of suffering till 45 and 43 years of age respectively for KSY and KAY. The Rahu,Ketu axis decides which part of life is affected. Guest guest
dear doc, i think it is not correct. when KSY matures, the suffering makes the person materialistic but when KAY matures, the person becomes more spiritual. but that also most probably depends on which planet is stronger. i have KAY and it seems it has matured about 2-3 years ago. my rahu is exaulted in 4H. i feel that i have become more matured, more materialistic and practical now than before. regards dasgupta - "Dr.D.Banerjee" <drdilip <sjvc> Friday, May 03, 2002 8:22 PM Re: Re[4]: [sjvc] KSY > Hare Rama Krishna > ----------------------------- > Dear Valerie > Namaste > > Both kalasarpa yoga (KSY) and Kala amrita Yoga ( KAY) brings in tremendous > sufferings in the life of a person who have anyone of these yogas in his > chart. Guest guest
Dear Dasgupta ji, Sanjay ji has taught that KAY leads a person to spirituality and KSY to materiality. The second part of the teaching is that, after the break, or coming of the natural age, of the KAY/ KSY yoga, the 'vice' of RA/ KE over the native breaks and the chara AK comes into play. Thereafter, the course of events in a natives life will be guided by AK and other inherent indications of the individual chart. I hope I have understood Guruji's lessons properly. Guest guest
dear doc. i am attaching my chart. my 7th house has swavarga sun in leo. but i do not feel that it has any role in breaking the yoga. must be it has broken itself on maturity. in such cases generally the person achieves goal only after the yoga is broken and restrictions are gone. u told that," ....In KSY, the sufferings make a person a devil one and criminal tendencies in him crop up. His nature becomes destructive." i think that this statement may not be correct. of course i am not sure. regards, dasgupta - "Dr.D.Banerjee" <drdilip <sjvc> Saturday, May 04, 2002 3:14 AM Re: Re[4]: [sjvc] KSY > Hare Rama Krishna > ------------------------- > Namaste Dasgupta da > > You are saying that in your case after the age of the maturity of the KAY > you have become materialistic and practical. Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna ----------------------------- Dear Valerie Namaste Both kalasarpa yoga (KSY) and Kala amrita Yoga ( KAY) brings in tremendous sufferings in the life of a person who have anyone of these yogas in his chart. The essential difference is in the outcome of these sufferings. In KSY, the sufferings make a person a devil one and criminal tendencies in him crop up. His nature becomes destructive. On the other hand , in KAY the sufferings make him a humble being , and transform him into a spiritual and saintly person. Guest guest
Vyam Vysadevaya Namah -------------------------- Dear Dasgupta, 3 malefics in Kendra give Sarpa Yoga. If there are benefics in Kendra they break this.. also check Paka Lagna and its lord, to see the persons actions and the results of the same respectively. Sun isn't a malefic for this yoga. You may not have 3 malefics in Kendra, but yet the slight effects of Sarpa yoga will be there. Exalted Rahu will however mitigate the evil, and focus more on intellectual persuits.
