senior members please guide regarding neech bhanga rajyoga

Manteshwar phaldeepika has got a listing four conditions under which

one get a neech bhang raj yoga, it also states in that condition that

if the lord of deblition sign and exaltation sing are in kendra from

each other tere is neech bhang raj yoga. Is the above statement and

the conditions given in phal deepika correct .

Is there any difference between neech bhang and neech bhanga raj yoga.

please advise
