Here is my attempt:

 

1. 5th lord is Saturn

 

So the 1st house could be either Virgo or Libra

 

2. 10th lord is neecha

If the 1st house is Virgo then 10 house lord is

Mercury and Mercury is neecha

in Pisces(7th house)

 

If the 1st house is Libra then 10th house lord is

Moon and Moon is neecha

in Scorpio(2nd house)

 

3. Jupiter is now transiting Janma rasi.

 

Jupiter is at present in Gemini.

So Janma rasi(Position of Moon in natal chart) is

Gemini.

So Moon cannot be in Scorpio(See point 2)

Therefore 1st house is Virgo and Saturn is situated

here.

And 10 house lord(which is also lagnesh) is Mercury

and it is neecha in Pisces 7th house.

The native is under Sade sati period now.

 

4. 2nd lord and 8th lord are involved in a Parivartana

yoga(mutual exchange).

 

2nd lord is Venus and 8th lord is Mars

Therefore Venus is in 8th house Taurus and Mars is

in 2nd house Libra.

This is a Duryoga.

 

5. 10th lord dispositor and 12th lord are in

conjuction and 12th lord is in strength.

 

10th lord dispositor(planet who is the owner of

sign where 10th lord is situated) is Jupiter.

 

12th lord is Sun and Sun is strong in

Aries(exaltation) or in Leo(moolatrikona and own

house).

In this chart Aries is 8th house and Leo is 12th

house. Both are dusthanas and we cannot

guess the correct position(the fact that Sun is

strong) on this point.

 

I have heard that Mercury and Sun will generally be

close to each other(Please correct me if this theory

is wrong) and

since Mercury is in Pisces, I assume Sun to be in

Aries.

 

So Sun and Jupiter are situated in the 8th house

Aries.

 

6. Position of Rahu and Ketu:

 

I don't know how to figure this out logically.

Hence I will try to guess from the phrase provided

in the question i.e "Native at present is under debt

problem."

Native is 1st house, debt is 6th house, problem is

8th house.

So Rahu/Ketu could be in 1,6 or in 8th house.(Rahu

and Ketu are always 7 house apart from each other)

The person could be at present going through the

Dasa, antardasa of either 1st, 6th or 8th lords.

 

 

 

Lagna : Virgo

Sun : Aries(8th house)

Moon : Gemini(10th house)

Mars : Libra(2nd house)

Mercury: Pisces(7th house)

Jupiter : Aries(8th house)

Venus : Aries(8th house)

Saturn : Virgo(1st house)

Rahu/Ketu : One of them could be in 1,6 or 8th

house(the other will be 7 house apart)
