Guest guest
OM GURAVE NAMAH Dear Sanjay, Puri sounds wonderful and if I could make another suggestion, up to December 25th is usually a demanding time with intense work and family commitments, therefore I thought maybe last week in December and first few weeks in January when demands are less with most people on holiday would be a good time. The response from the few I asked about taking a trip to India to deepen their knowledge of Jyotish at source is extremely positive. The prospects of a pilgrimage to a holy land to meet such a highly evolved soul in the purity and richness of your place of origin will be a powerful and deeply transformative experience for all of us. We would still be honoured if you could come to Ireland and maybe this could be a stop-over enroute to US or on your return. My quest in Jyotish and for those I work with is spiritual and in comparison to others on this list we are only in kindergarten but the intention is real and that is what is most important. My students who ventured to SJVC were intimidated by the level of knowledge and the alien language. The recommended reading list for your American trip would be impossible to digest at this stage. When I read from BPHS or Vedic Remedies in Astrology in class it seems too complex but with explanation the understanding comes, this is the advantage of having a teacher. How much more profound the learning has to be when it is coming from the source rather than my translation which at best will be very limited. Having had the privilege of being in your presence in September I know that even for those with no prior knowledge of your profound wisdom you have the ability to light the lamp in the mind and those who have started this journey into the depths of Jyotish will be inspired As the search for deep truths continues in the West and people here become more aware of the depths of the unique gifts of insight and wisdom you have to bring to us there will be many demands on your time. Therefore however you decide to share your knowledge I will be grateful to participate at whatever level is possible for me and I will continue to encourage others on this path to do likewise. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful place of learning. With best wishes, Pearl Finn OM TAT SAT
