Planet strengths when combust and exalted

Dear guru's and learned members,

Pranam.

How do we ascertain the strength and effect of a planet when it is

exalted but combust. For example in my birth chart, saturn is combust.

But it attains strength due to the fact that it is vargothama.. infact

sun, moon and jupiter are also vargothama. In this case how do we

ascertain the effects of saturn and sun..
