The answers to Lesson 4 are as follows.

 

Q.No.1 : Using your own chart identify the sign each planet is in.

State if the planet is in its own sign,exaltation, detriment or

moolatrikona. List the sign and degree placements of each planet.

Moon is the only planet placed in Cancer in its own sign.

No other planet is exalted, debilitated or in moolatrikona.

 

Q.No. 2:There are different characters of each planet mentioned

throughout the lesson. Identify from your own chart at least one

character of each planet from your Rasi and Navamsa and write how

does it influence you during its dasa or antardasa.

 

At the time of my birth Mercury Dasa was running. Mercury is placed

4th from Lagna. I was told the speech was delayed for over 4 years.

 

Ketu dasa started during June 1959. Ketu is placed in Lagna(Virgo).

The gunas mentioned in the lesson such as

Shyness, hiding, spirituality can be attributed to me. As far as

learning the important fundamental skills in the life apart from

initiating interest in the fields of Art & photography, model making,

craftsmanship, both Mercury(who rules life from 5 to 14 years) being

in 4th house and venus

being in 3rd house from Lagna) blessed me but without any

attachment and spirit to the life.

 

 

Venus dasa started during 1966 when my school education was completed

with good academic results if not with flying colors. During Ketu

dasa, there was no life in my life only praying God for the best days

to come. It turned out to be most humiliating part of my life where

I did not find any meaning for love and passion. Almost entire

period of 20 years was passed. My father passed away in Venus-Mercury

antardasa.

 

The only exceptions are Rahu antardasa gave employment, Jupiter

antardasa gave marriage, Saturn antardasa blessed me with daughter

and sun antardasa with a small promotion in the service.

 

Then started Sun Mahadasa in the year June 1986. Saturn antardasa

gave me desease of "Vata". Sun, the 10th lord is placed in 3rd house

(Scorpio) conjoining with Venus. Saturn and Ketu are in the Lagna

(Virgo). Career-wise, I am enjoying a reputation and status in the

society without any known enemy(ies). However, my mother passed away

during Jupiter antardasa.

 

Moon dasa started in the year 1992. The period is passing on

peacefully except that during Dec 2001 i.e. Venus antardasa my health

was totally upset and recovering slowly.
