Guest guest
Hare Krishna, to all. Please accept my humble obeisances. om namo bhagavate tubhyam vasudevaya dhimahi pradyumnayaniruddhaya namah sankarsanaya ca "Let us all chant the glories of Vasudeva, along with His plenary expansions Pradyumna, Aniruddha and Sankarsana!" Srimad Bhagavatam (Bhag.) 1.5.37. After reading a letter by Prabhu Sanjay Rath, in which said that we have to learn by heart every verse of the BPHS, i return to chapter one. All that i wrote here is what "may be", as per my understanding. I will very pleased if anybody make some coments to this. >From the Lesson 3, P. Sanjay Rath tells about the importance of the four division of Lord Vishnu, and His result in the Bha-Chakra. I would like to start with the meaning of "Bha-chakra". As per Jiva Gosvami, "bha" (i.e. in the word Bhagavan) means "one who fully maintains" or "guardian". Another meaning that Srila Prabhupada explains is that "bha" comes from "bhaya", or "fear". The word "chakra" means "wheel", so "bha-chakra" could means: 1. The wheel that is the guardian or maintains all the living entities, as it shows the results of the good and bad deeds, so there is the way to sustain the strength of the devas. 2. The wheel of fear; maybe it's not very likely, but could be a meaning too, because it destroys the strength of the demons. >From the Krishna Book, it must be remember that when Krishna went to fight to Kamsa, the people saw Krishna as per own nature. So, for the demons, the bha-chakra must be a very feary aspect of the lord, and for the devotes, could be very protective. P. Sanjay explains in lesson 3, that the division of Narayana in four parts gives origin to the kendra's division. In the books translated for Srila Prabhupada, i found almost anything about sri, bhu and nila sakti. So i looked for Vasudeva, Aniruddha, Pradyumna and Sankarsana. That four division representes the catur-vyuha of the Lord, and in Bhag. 6.16.18 said that Vasudeva governs the east direction; Aniruddha the North; Pradyumna the South and Sankarsana the West. So, translating to the bha-chakra, we have that Vasudeva, the fourth division governs the first house; it representes suddha-sattwa, or pure goodness. Is from Vasudeva that expands the other three. So, the principal house in the bha-chakra is the lagna, as it represents "physiqe, appearance, intellect, complexion, vigour, weakness, joy and sorrow and innate nature". Mind, intelligence and senses are seen in the first house. Aniruddha governs the 10 house, the house of karma, wich borns from the mind. Aniruddha is an expansion of the mind of the Lord. From Bhagavad-gita we can know that is the mental attitude wich generates good or bad karma. Pradyumna the 4th house. Pradyumna is an expansion of the intelligence of the Lord. I found no relation. Sankarsana the 7th house. He is an expansion of the senses of the Lord; an expansion of tama-guna. Related to the wife, it hardly could mean the sensual pleasures. From seventh house is seen death. Sankarsana, as it's from tama-guna, means destruction. This is the first part. I'll wait for any comments, and i'll read something about the gunas, and try to find any relation with the trikonas. Thans for your time. I'm a little concern; i hope may not have speculated a lot, but anyway, it's the only way to learn. Your sisya: Arjuna-vallabha das. ____________________________ mensaje enviado desde http://www.iespana.es emails (pop)-paginas web (espacio ilimitado)-agenda-favoritos (bookmarks)-foros -Chat
