Dear Sriram,

Matsya, Koorma, Varaaha, Nrisimha, Vaamana, Bhaargava Raama, Raama,

Krishna, Buddha and Kalki are the ten key incarnations

(Dasaavataaras) mentioned in scriptures. There are other incarnations

that the Lord took for saving virtue and destroying vice, but these

are the dasaavataaras or ten prime incarnations.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha

Namaste Solaiji and Gaurangaji

I would like to apologise for the delay in replying. We are moving about 1 1/2

hours south of where we live. On November 29 my Dasa/Bhukti changed to Me/Ve.

The day before we got the news that the new apartment that we like would be

reserved for us, and on the day the dasha changed we paid a deposit to hold the

apartment for us. Me is my Atmakaraka in the third house Virgo with Sun. Ve is

in the second Leo with Ma my Yogakaraka. Our notice at our current apartment

ends Dec 31st and we are scheduled to move in to the new place about Dec 29. I

ran a prasna chart on moving but did not analyse if at the time. If it is not

too late to work on it and get a valid result here are the details: Nov 24,

6:15 pm, Zone 5:00, DST 1 Bradenton 82w35 27n30 Dasa Ju/Mo

As 4:14 Ta

Sun 8:50 Sc

Mo 00:04 Pi

Ma 25:58 Cp

Me 3:14 Sc

JuR 20:59 Ge

Ve 26:40 Li

SaR 18:19 Ta

Ra 03:34 Ge

Ke 03:34 Sg

I have been so anxious about this matter. Any assistance and information about

the move would be very much appreciated.

Meanwhile here is my homework:

1. Define the role of God in your life

I believe that my soul is a small part of the Cosmic Energy = God. My purpose

on earth is to evolve my soul until it can reunite with the Cosmic Energy -

however many reincarnations this takes. Then I may have the choice to come

back and assist others if I want to. I believe that before re-incarnation my

soul/spirit agreed along with other souls and the cosmic energy - on my Life

Plan/Contract. Once born into a physical body I am no longer aware of this

except when I get glimpses of it thru my Higher Self This way I learn my life

lessons. Therefore I do not believe I can change events in my physical life.

I believe I singed my contract in spirit and will fulfill it in this physical

life. Then when I die I will get a new contract and reincarnate until I am

evolved. So I believe God is in charge - however I am a Co-Creator in my

destiny.

I find that when I "Let go and Let God" things go much ;easier - but it is

difficult to do because it is my nature to worry. Yet if everything is as it

should be and predestined, then there is no need for regret about the past and

worry about the future. I have heard that enlightened beings can change or

accelerate their Karma - I don't know enough about it to say whether I believe

that or not.

2. In the past year and for some time I have prayed and particularly tried to

recite Mantras. I would like to be better at doing Mantras. TM does not suit

my personality. I would like to learn a method of meditation that uses

creativity and journeys into the unconcious. I have tried this and it works

well for my psychic readings. I like to use visual images in my meditations.

3. God is All geels more relevant to me. Maha Vishnu is the Imperceptible.

Shri Krishna is the Perceptible. Brahma is the Creator. All forms of life,

inanimate, human, animals, creatrues, Demi Gods, Devas and Asuras etc.

Everything we are conscious of and beyond our consciousness is God.

4. Role of Jyotisha and Priest are almost the same. Jyotisha shows the Atma

how to gain Gati to Liberation - shed Karma and gain Brahman Nirvana. A guide

and counsellor. A Priest does the same things.

5. Rather than delay this e mail further, please forgive me for not doing full

sanskrit dictionary.

Atma = soul

Veda = Knowledge

Jyoti = Light

Tapaysa = Penance, Good Deeds

Avidyamaya = Ignorance due to lack of knowledge

Vidyamaya = Knowledge of the Vedas and self.

Sincerely

Alexandra
