Namaste.

I am sorry to send the answer late.

(1) A seasonal change is shown by the movement that the ecliptic moves to

north and south to the celestial equator.

When it is at the Tropic of Cancer it is winter solstice, and when

it is at the tropic of Capricorn it is the summer solstice. When the

Sun is at the equator during moves to north it is vernal equinox, and

when the Sun is at the equator during moves to south it is the autumnal

equinox.

(2) At the certain point near the North Pole or the South Pole, the point

with the ecliptic may be on a horizon. The sun does not set in the

bottom of a horizon at the time whose sun is in this point. To the

contrary the point that there is the ecliptic may be under a

horizon.

The sun does not rise on a horizon at the time whose sun is in this

point.

For example, when the Sun is going up north than the celestial equator

(some days before and after the summer solstice), so Sun do not set

under the horizon at the point over 66.6N.

In contrary, when the Sun is going down south than the celestial equator

(some days before and after the winter solstice), Sun do not rise over

the horizon.

In the case of the South Pole, the Sun do not rise when about summer

solstice and do not set when about winter solstice at the point over

66.6S.

(3) An immovable heavenly bodies are named stars (nakshatras) and a movable

heavenly bodies are named as planets (grahas).

In the horoscope of the person who was born at the point of the rotating

earth, the placement of grahas that moves over the nakshatras and the

lagna of the nakshatras is described.

The astrological interpretation is made by the placement of grahas and

nakshatras on the horoscope. The difference in each placement of movable

grahas over the background fixed nakshatras make the difference of the

interpretation.
