Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Namaste Frank, Thanks for the excellent quote from Rig Veda, which is very inclusive. I notice you are using Vimshottari dasa lords for nakshatras. Nakshatra deities are given in Vedic Remedies in Astrology by Gurudev. Also, Mantroddhara (source of mantra) is explained to give the import of each and every syllable. (pp 93) I am still in the kindergarten here, but I can suggest you reading the above book. Hope this helps. Guest guest
JalamVishnuh sthalam vishnuh vishnur-aakaashmuchhatesarvamjagam vishnuh sarvam vishnumayam jagat Namaste viswanadham , Yes you are correct re: Vedic Remedies...that is what I have read and trying to apply the knowledge. The vowels and Syllables appear in Appendix IV. The Akshara "A" to "Ha" and "Ksha" give 50 sound in sanskrit ( I thought there were 54). And Mantras are a collection of these. With Mantra selcted, the the Akathaha Charka can be used to determine suitability ( see page 105-106 of Vedic Remidies.) My inability to find SA as a sound owned by a Nakshatra or Graha started my queary to find out. I think I cannot subsutute SHA for SA? SHA like in Shani is a different influence than SA like in Saraswati. Hense trying to decode ( and learn while doing) Sa-ra-va-na-bha-va mantra of Sri Skanda is still work in process.. I am hoping I can get some assistance on this. thx again for tour email. !
