Cloudy or Bright ?

Namaste (Hi) everyone,

 

The subject should explain everything by the time we finish this mail.

 

I have been looking for a job for the last 10 months. I found out 2 months

ago that the prospective employer had been cheating us for 6 months!!!! and

had not proceeded with the visa. Then there was another company wiling to

sponsor us for visa and today I discovered that they had withdrawn half way

through (They lost the contract and don't need workers anymore).

 

Astrologically, I am running Mercury-Moon period now, ending April 2000. My

wife is going through Venus-Mercury which started Feb 1999. I used 360 day

year with lahiri aynamasha as I IMHO felt it explained many things as far as

my little brain could grasp. You might get differnt start dates. I rectified

the birth time by 1 minute to account for an operation for my wife, our

marriage and a few other events that happened in our lives.

 

Now we are faced with a certainity of going back to India. We are not worried

about it. But we have wanted to start our own business for the last 4 years

in India. Due to several reasons we are not in talking terms with our

parents. We are seriously thinking of going to some religious instituion and

offering our services there as nearly all things and aspirations for the last

4.5 years have been close to impossible to fulfil.

 

1) My astrological question is, in my chart if the lord of ascendant (Sun) is

Parama-Uchha in the 9th house, how come my relationship with my Father is

mediocre at best ? For my wife her ninth lord (Mars) is moolatrikona in

second aspecting the 9th house itself. Also will the realtionship get better

?

 

2) For the same reason does it mean that both of us will fare better being

self-employed ? I remember reading from Sanjay Rathji's website that A strong

ascendant lord in 9th house/strong 9th house (I may be mixing it up) means

better luck in self-employment.

 

3) Does the career involve manufacturing (Indicated by rasi) or service as

Sagittarius is 10th house in my D-10 chart with Jupiter being present there.

 

4) IS my wife going through tough times because of her sade-sati alone ?

Will our charts affect each other ?

 

5) We were expecting better times from January 2nd for starters as I will

start Merc-Moon-Venus from that point. Now it looks like I will not be around

to enjoy it (or I will be enjoying it elsewhere) !!!! Venus-mercury-venus

ends around Feb 14 for my wife.

 

Is there anything that I have missed in our charts ?

My wife has an appendix removed on 06/11/1983. We were married 06/09/1995, if

at all you need to rectify. We had a car accident on 06/30/1999.
