Dear Manoj,

 

Uranus is Varuni (Wife of God of the Waters, Varuna)

 

Neptune is Varuna (God of the Waters)

 

Pluto is Yama (God of Death)

 

So they are probably not Avatars or Gods, but Lesser Demi-Gods of the Hindu

Pantheon (although Yama, I hear, "knows" all of Us - or eventually will!).

 

I don't know whether these Planets have been ascribed the "best fit" Names

to match the Greek-Roman Naming of the Outers, though.
