Dear Steve,

It is obvious that Hart De Fouw is the only one who HAS READ Jyotish

properly from the Hora shastra. What he suggests is the correct methodology

for War in mundane Jyotish. This is extended to the longitude in Natal Human

Charts for qualities, dasa etc. Please convey my Regards to him.
