Guest guest
Dear Patrice (and others), I fear I may have misled you on Kala-Sarpa / Kalam-Rita requirements. Let's do it one last time. E.G. #1- Rahu is in House 1 (Lagna, NOT Moon-House 1 !!), or House 2,3,4,5 or 6 and Ketu is in corresponding opposite House (7,8,9,10,11 or 12). ALL 7 Planets are on the SAME SIDE - DOESN'T MATTER WHICH SIDE OF LAGNA - of the Node-Axis, and none are With the Nodes for "True" Kala Sarpa. E.G. #2 - Ketu is in House 1 (Lagna, NOT Moon-House 1 !!), or House 2,3,4,5 or 6 and Rahu is in corresponding opposite House (7,8,9,10,11 or 12). ALL 7 Planets are on the SAME SIDE - DOESN'T MATTER WHICH SIDE OF LAGNA - of the Node-Axis, and none are With the Nodes for "True" Kalam-Rita. Please don't hesitate to chastise me if this "Final" verdict of mine is wrong! P.S. I still believe that a "Part-true" KS or KR can be in effect, if a sole Planet is with either Node, i.e. in Same House as either/both Rahu or Ketu - the Nodes aren't known for sparing Planets in the same house as them - they will just be somewhat milder with those Planets. And also (as in my Rasi) you can have a Partial KS, for in my Rasi single Planet Moon is clearly outside the Axis, but the other 6 Planets are still feeling the weight of KS over them - L.R. Chawdhri calls this Single Planet "Saviour" and explains it is mitigating the KS of the other 6 Planets - this is just the opinion of an author I respect, and not my own invention. Thirdly, if more than 1 Planet (e.g. 2 planets) are outside the Axis, then KS and KR are NULL AND VOID - i.e. they are NOT in operation at all. Very best regards - Sateesh. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATH Dear Sateesh, Agre Rahu Adhou ketu Sarve Madhya Graha..This is the dictum for Kalasarpa yoga. If the Rahu and Ketu are reversed in the sloka then a different version called kala-Amrita shows up. This is also KSY, but in a different form and totally different flavour.
