Even I follow this. It makes sence. Like four planets in a Rasi are like four people inside a room. By drawing an imaginary/ temporary line we cannot say that a few of them are outside the room. Secondly, try constructing the chart for a person born close to the North Pole. You will see my point and the reason why a host of astrologers reject this concept.
