Yes the transit of Venus would have already got the top Diplomats

into discussions. I am positive that things are moving towards a quick

"Peace". The Transit of the Sun and that too intomits exaltation sign will

make a lot of difference for Yugoslavia...India is also having a Political

storm of sorts that will end only around Mesha Sankranti. Russia did come on

the 31st of March (HE WILL COME..THAT IS THE POWER OF THE VISHNU GAYATRI).

But nobody wants to talk about peace anymore..Mars is in the 5th

(Intelligence/Planning/Action control) from Gemini (Sign of US).

Your view about the governance is correct. Remember what I said

about the effect of the eclipse?The power shifts from Leo to Aquarius...This

is the struggle.
