Dear Karu,

1.Get hold of a copy of Dr B V Raman's Book named "Muhurtha" and follow it

blindly. You will not fail.

2.Take special care for the Sun and Jupiter.

3.The lagna of Sri Buddha deva is Cancer. So, the lagna should not be a

dusthana from this Rasi.

4. Always ensure the strength of the Moon.

5. Meditate on Tara and the white elephant "Airavata" and then commence your

calculations on a Thursday.

6. August 15 onwards is Pitrupaksha so avoid this. Building activity cannot

start in Shravan (due to rains..). In any case, the Sun-Rahu Yoga is

horrible.
