All medical tests say that he is perfectly OK. I feel that he will speak exactly after 4 years of age When the Sun Transits Leo on Truteeya i.e. 12th September,1999. What are your Views? I am depending a lot on the exaltation of saturn in the Trimsamsa. The period can be Jup-Sat-Jup. Some feel it will be with the begining of Jup-Merc...Please comment. How ever I have a doubt about this natives hearing. 2nd Derkana arise with 6th load in lagna ( Neck)and having malefic in 3rd and 9th afflicting right ear. BPHS, highly recommended to check the Chandra lagna for natives at younger ages. In Chandra lagna chart 3,11 ( Both ears ) are afflicted by malefic, and conformed by occupying malefic again in 5th and 9th. Jupiter in Scorpio as 6th load, most likely to suffer any decease comes from generations, but Jupiter as karaka for speech (BPHS) and occupying in 2nd -speech- native must start speak within this Jupiter period. Saturn (Sub dasa load) natural malefic, and make lot of delay for any thing, aspecting 2nd and Jupiter in rasi chart, aspecting Jupiter (Next sub-sub load) and Rahu (Current sub-sub load)in 9D chart, is under pressure of Mars, Rahu and Kethu in 30D chart. Mercury is (not become week in 8th as other planets) not afflicted in rasi, not afflicted in 9D, and not afflicted 30 D at all, I feel the native must wait till end of this year for Jupiter-Mercury-Mercury comes, to start speak.
