Hora Lagna,

Dear Learned friends,

 

Thanks, Narasimha for the Hora Lagna calculation.

 

Now I have a problem with this as I followed another method so far. This is as

follow, and could you kindly tell, what is this ?

 

Find Ishta kala, if the Lagna is an even sign calculate from lagna and if the

lagna is odd sign calculate from Sun's rashi. From the half of the remaining

minites judge the degree of horalagna.

 

I may have learned from a wrong book, or it may be stand for some other lagna or some thing.
